Help for one year anniversary ideas.

Question

My boyfrind and I were a long distance relationship before I moved across the country to live with him and his 4 year old son. Recently my boyfriend and his son moved with me back to my home town.

Our one year anniversary is coming up next month, and I'm really struggling for ideas as to what to do. We live about 45 minutes from NYC and about 45 minutes from the Poconos in PA. Any help with this would be amazing. I just want it to be an amazing kid free weekend.

You could try to re-create your first date, or go to the place where you first kissed or something like that. It will be amazing as long as you two are together.

i'd say go on a trip/vacation somewhere.  since it was long distance for so long, it would be nice to share something together.

Well my boyfriend decided to cheat on me with my best friend for our one year anniversary....so I no longer believe in the celebration of anniversaries...Im going to go cry now :(

well it depends  i know mine and my boyfriends one yea is come up in a couple of days and i bought tickets to see band that both me and my boyfriend love and idk what my gift is from him yet. I also think that maybe something fun and adventurous that neither one of you have done before would be kool and im not so sure how old you are but im in college and i know ive done things like scavenger hunts and what not with friends for their birthdays and im sure itd work great as a 1 year thing to especially if your the last gift for him to find also you want to make sure it doesnt interfere with what hes doing for you Good Luck

ok for ideas wow this is a toughy i would say go out during the day like shopping around or just walking around newyork maybe do some window shopping or something ya know him pick out clothing for you and you try them on for him have a cute little lunch outside of small restruant. then come sunset stroll around the night next to a pond or some place where theres water and just look sit down with eachother on the grass and cuddle up against eachother..

i'm not a very extreme lets going out dancing and some drinks kind of thinking but if thats what ur intersted in then by all means.

but ihope you take some thought about something like this

well...if you can go to New York you should try and get reservations for good a Midtown or Downtown restaurant...one of my favorites is CharleyO's (not O'Charley's) on 42 in Times Square and then maybe see show or take the ferry or circle line around Manhattan. Broadway shows are always good too.
