Help from experienced legging-wearers?

Question

I've been looking for a cheap-ish pair of black leather-looking leggings. I found two, but I can't decide which will be better. Here's the first pair:

The upside of those is the high waist. I can't stand it when leggings ride down when you walk. Here's the second pair:

The upside of those is the longer leg and more leathery look. And the price.

I was just wondering if anyone had an experience with these leggings or similar leggings that could offer me some guidance?

I would say buy the one from Urban outfitters for this reason:

The high waisted ones are going to get HOT. And you're not going to be able to roll them down because it's going to leave a weird lump under your top.

Get the ones from Uraban Outfitters, they look a lot better too.

theyre both pretty expensive

ive been trying to find leather leggings for like forever but then i searched ebay and found that they sell sooooo many of them for about 20 dollars
