Help getting music back on iTunes??

okay so i dhad to do a System Recovery that deletes all files and folders on your computer because my computer had like a virus or something so anyway i downloaded iTunes again but now i cant figure a way to get my iPod's music to my iTunes library. please help

You cannot transfer music off of an ipod and onto a computer. Hopefully you had your songs backed up somewhere else before you deleted everything.
