Help! getting pics on computer from phone?

Question

I have tried to get the picture to be sent to my email adress, but it says service unavailable. Also, when i connect my phone to the computer using a Usb cord or w/e, It doesn't read the photos. Nor can I find them. Much help appreciated.

I do mine with a wireless bluetooth blossom it works every time even for video i have taken with my phone..
