Help getting rid of spots quickly...?

I'm going to a wedding tommorrow night and I want to be spot free.

Is there anyway I can get rid of redness and blackheads quickly without using makeup?

Make a scrub of salt, lemon and honey; yogurt can also be added to it. Scrub the face for 5-10 minutes and later wash the face and pat it dry. Good Home Remedy for Blackheads.
