Help! girl troubles!!!?

My girlfriend has gained a lot of weight recently probably like 10 pounds!!

She use to be really slim now she looks pretty heavy! How can i tell her to lose some weight?! I don't want a fat girl!!

  7. Godd. You guys are being such ******* to him. Damnn he just wants to make sure she's healthy and in shape. I see nothing wrong with that! Bt if you just care about how she looks, if she's like fatt, then you're a f*g. but if you just care about her health and stuff yeah, you just need to tell her that it is conserning you that she may be gaining some weight, and you're just looking out for her and want her to be healthy.

  8. Have you fallen in love with your girlfriend yet?  If you fell in love with her for the right reasons, then you can think of things to do with her that will not cause her to feel like you are trying to make her lose weight.

    Make a suggestion of walking thru the park together or riding bikes

    or something that will have you movin at a rate where she will lose weight.   What about skating, or sports?  I hate exercising, but I love to walk and/or "try to dance" (ha, ha,) to videos on TV.  Do you own thing!  JUST KEEP MOVING for at least 30 minutes a day/3 times a week.

    Here is something that will blow your mind if you stick to it:

    Drink abut a 12 oz. glass of water before each meal.  Do not eat your

    dinner after 4:30 p.m.  If you just have to eat again, snack on light

    snacks such as popcorn, crackers, celery sticks, carrots, peanut butter,etc, and I guarantee you will see some results soon.
