Help got flooded!!! :(?

ok i need a way to get someones ip cuz he flooded mine but i want to get him back and make him stop cuz he wont but if i do the same to him then he will stop i know him at a site so i can talk to him but i need to ip flood but i need a way to get his ip using my friends xbox so how would i get his ip i need a program with a tut

not through Xbox but through the forum you know him at ya. an administrator would know but usually arent allowed to give away IPs
