Is it really this easy? Once you receive the payment you ship it out yourself? I have a ton of unwanted but still useful stuff around my house I'd just love to make some money on. It'd be great if someone would please take the time to help me out a little. =)

First of you'll need to set yourself up an Ebay and a Paypal account. Paypal is way way to recieve and send payments, if you don't want to get money orders and personal checks. With paypal you can also instantly recieve funds. It's secure too.

Once you have an Ebay account set up, click on "sell" and Ebay will walk you through the process step-by-step. They make it quite simple.

People will then bid on your item, or "buy it now," if you selected that option.

When your item has a winning buyer they will send you payment. Once you recieve funds you put the item in the mail.

Don't forget to give the buyer a positive rating. When they get the item they purchased from you, they will give you a rating based on your performance. The better rating you have, the better chance you'll have of selling items in the future.
