Help!!!! guys only? its not looking right?

ok so yesterday after i jacked off my breadstick started hurting. then it turned red on the head and f******n. now it has this plasticy feel. it doesnt hurt as much anymore but it still feel like it has dried elmers glue on the forskin mostly. so what do you think it is or what should i do to make it go away. and also im not going to a doctor. its not any form of std either because im not sexually active. thanks

Hmm... If it is red & painful, it means it is inflamed. Those glue like thing sounds like it is a dried up discharge. Please see your doctor & probably you'll be needing a course of antibiotic, ASAP!

keep it clean with warm soapy water and dont touch it for a couple days!

Thats a friction rash... the skin will die and replace itself underneath the rash. Use some lubricant in future dude.

But put some antiseptic cream on it now so that it doesnt get infected.
