  1. It can take up to a year to heal, usually after 3 its ok to change out the jewelry, but I wouldn't recommend changing out the jewelry constantly  or at all and just wait till its fully heal.

  2. I kept it in my ear for a month before changing the earring.. It wasnt fully healed, and I had to pop it back in my ear- not too painful!

But I say at least six-eight weeks.

  3. Two months

  4. I was supposed to keep mine in for 6 weeks at the very least, but I waited 3 months to take mine out.

  5. Cartilage piercings can be tricky...mostly they take ages to fully heal. But some people do get lucky and heal them quicker. Based on my experiences with cartilage piercings- I would say six months. This sounds long, and I know other people will give you shorter time spans. But I have three cartilage piercings, and two that go through cartilage...and from these ive learned that cartilage is much different from flesh. It is tougher and takes longer to heal...some take a year to heal completely. If you take them out too soon you can get keloids and infections- therefore its much safer to wait six months to remove them.

    Hope i helped you.

  6. Two months @ least!!!

  7. like a month or two, it won't be as bad as you think it will be. i've gone years without having one in mine, and its not even that bad when i have to push it through.

  8. I kept mine in for about a year.

Thats usually how long it takes for it to heal.

Some do it less, some do it more.

See until when you can sleep on your ear.
