Help!! headaches when i sprint!

ok so i am 15 years old 5"11, 185pds and i am in excellent shape. every week about 3-4 times a week i sprint up a small hill thats approx. 50ft-75ft long. whenever i do this i sprint up once full speed and then do 8 tuck jumps i repeat that 3 times and then rest for 30sec. but whenever im doing 1 set (3 sprints, 24 tuck jumps) i start to get a headache and then after im done and i rest it starts to go away a little.. whats wrong?!?! why am i getting headaches and how can i get rid of them?? i eat 2 hrs before i workout and this is the only time when i get headaches while exercising.. thanks in advance

  1. Are you drinking enough water?  I used to get headaches when I ran, but I drank a lot of water before I run that helped.  


  2. It sounds like these headaches may be due to lack of oxygen, when your muscles are working they require oxygen, taking it away from your brain.  I am not a doctor but I have heard of this happening to people, just make sure to breath long deep breaths and if you are still concerned you should go to the doctor!
