ok this may sound funny but dont laugh. ok so today i decided i wack it off. if you know what i mean. so i do my thing and later it starts to be really sensitive and turns red (the head). and it hurts really bad. it has gotten better as the day went on but it still hurts. one of my friends said if you dont finish that it will swell up and be fine the next morning. i dont want to tell anyone or go to a doctor so please help it hurts and i dont know what to do

Dude, just get help.  It's your p***s don't take any risks, you only have one.  So do what needs to be done, go to a doctor.  It could mess up your reproductive system if there is something serious.  So tell them and the doctors understand that it is a part of life to jack off.  Everyone does it and it is perfectly normal.  It could be bruising or scratches if you have a too tight of a grip.  Make sure your nails are not sharp or long..

you probably were just a little rough.

wait a day or two and it should heal like any other body part.

(im assuming the redness is caused by the skin/flesh being roughed up)
