well this year im getting into crosscountry [running long distances] and i've never run like long distances before but i've ran a bit during the summer, and crosscountry is about to start, will i be like winded or something when i do run these? it's a sport for me this year, and i dont know what to expect.. someone help?

  1. expect pain for the first 2 weeks hahaha, after that your body should start adjusting to long distance running, and from there it should get alot easier trust me dont give up the first week, give it a month.


  2. You'll be fine, especially since you've been running over the summer.

    Just don't push yourself too hard in the first couple days, and gradually increase your running pace over the season as you build your endurance.

    Cross country is a beast, but you'll like it if you stick with it.

  3. you may.. Untell you get in to shape or used to running that long. All depends on your body...
