  1. Do NOT starve yourself in an attempt to avoid nausea.  You'll only be hurting yourself and your baby!!

Try taking some B12 vitamins.  1000 mcg every 4-6 hours should help to stave off the nausea.  Try eating light foods ... yogurt, crackers, chicken noodle soup etc, and DO talk about this with your doctor at your next appointment.

I had "morning sickness" so badly I was hospitalized, because I vomited CONSTANTLY.  Nausea should be expected due to the rush of hormones in your body...it will eventually go away; it's when you vomit a LOT that you should be worried.

  2. if your pregnant, you should eat enough for you and the baby. Thats not healthy at all. If your not going to be healthy for yourself, you should try it for your baby.

  3. you poor thing, if you cannot tolerate food/extreme preg sickness is known as hyperemesis and you may need stabilised in hospital with a glucose drip for a day or so to make sure you are not dehydrated and thankfully it usually ends as sudden as it begin and your appetite returns heartily, I am sorry you are suffering and I think best to keep drinking and taking liquids that you can stomach, and if you vomit everything even water, go to the Dr asap!
