Help help with weight issues?

when u tell urself you are going to start eating healthy how do u really stick to ur word when you are thinking about junk food and other foods that aren't healthy? I am REALLY trying to lose the weight that I wanna lose but me thinking about junk Is getting me In the mood to not stick to my word and to eat junk!! advice???

  1.  Yes you are truly saying that one cannot stick to the words. Specially at the age when you have to spend most of the time away from the house so you can never stick to the words. 


    Among many reason of weight gain eating of junk food is on the top. The people who are habitual of eating junk food are mostly those people who do not like to move much from the place where they are sitting. Following simple example will illustrate the difference between Health food and junk food. If we say junk food to be as the one who created the alarm system of watch then junk food is like the one who created snooze function to alarm. It destroy the need and lead you to an alternative way out. 

    Through junk food you can only gain weight. Now what you can do is that you can have fresh juices at day time when you are away from the house and when you reach at your place then i think there should not be any thing junk in side house.

    Along with the element of junk food in weight gain issue comes another element or key factor which is lack of physical activities. Your metabolism need some sort of physical support to properly digest the food and therefore help you to stay health and smart.
