Help his morning attacks are becoming more scary?

when i leave the house for work my cat cries and bites me, this morning i was talking to him saying i'm sorry, i love you etc, and he jumped up with both his paws extended up to my Head and grabbed me around the ears!!!...the freaked me out then he chases me nipping my legs and if i bend down to stroke him he bites and scratches me hard....heeeeelllllppp

Sounds like he is telling you he doesn't get enough attention.  Find a routine for both of you that is your going to work or leaving thing..in other words he needs a distraction...Put him in his bed with a favorite toy.  Let him know you will be home soon.  Try not to over react like squeel when he bites.  Kittens and young cats just need to be trained.  Make sure he is not hungry...if you got him from somewhere they may feed in the morning. Try a few treats.  It is hard to say..I do not think medication is the answer.  As far as the nipping ,firmly tell him no.. Don't wiggle your finger in front of his face when you do it...he will think you are playing. Or maybe he doesn't like what you are wearing for work!!!  Trial an error just like having kids..try one thing if that doesn't work try something else.  invest in a squirt gun or a spray bottle.  if you need to use it spray him in the face try not to get it in his ears.  soon you will see him squint when you pick the bottle up..he will also stop what he si doing .  again firmly say no when a unwanted action is in progress, follow with the spray.  soon he will settle down if it is a male make sure to have him neutured.  This is sometimes him thinking he is your boss...the alpha male thing...

Just take him to Animal Doctor and giving him Sleeping Pills, so you can leave for office.

If he's a kitten, he's doing typical kitten behavior.  He's trying to play and practice hunting.  

Get him some toys, like a stuffed animal about the same size as him.  Spray it with liquid catnip or cat attractor.  When he goes to "play fight" with you, scruff him, tell him no, and then put him on the ground with his new toy.  

Whenever you see him rolling around and biting his new toy, praise him.  After a few days, he'll get the idea that "hoominz" are for petting, napping, l*****g and feeding, and the toy is for biting and wrestling.

Also use the same method for introducing him to a scratching post. When he tries to sharpen his claws on you, tell him no and place him on the post, which should also have been treated with something to attract him.  

If you feed him right before you leave, he'll be too busy eating to attack you when you go to work.  Or maybe get a laser pointer, and get the cat to run to the other side of the room, and then you can slip out.

is your cat still young? we have two cats and some weeks ago we found a kitty on the street and now it lives at a friend's. He doesn't like to be alone and he loves to climb up your body till he's on your shoulders and there he plays with your hair or your ears. Your cat is just playing, I think (if it's a young cat) it's getting better when it gets older, don't worry

Hahahha. My kitten does that too!

His bites are getting to the point wear the area around the bite are dark purple and bruised, my leg and arm where he bit me hard looks ike I've been shooting crack into them cause the area is to purple then you see the bite marks, LOL.  He's just extreamly hyper and he doesn't understand "NO". He doesn't understand english or spanish, since I speak both to him, so in that case I usualy fill up a water bottle with water and squirt him or jump up and down to scare him. I also bought a dog crate and make stay in there til he falls asleep ( usually less then 30 minutes ) then once he's sleeping I open the crate gently so he can't hear and leave the room.
