how do i set up the wifi connection thing??

Well first of all you need a wireless router with an access point or just an access point.  If you don't have these a simple way to set one up is put a wireless card in an old computer and connect it to your wired network,  Then you can set the wireless card to act as an access point.  The cleanest way is to have a router, such as a linksys, netgear, apple, etc.  You can come from your modem if it's dsl or broadband and let it do the work.  Your WI FI in your computer won't do anything without an access point to get its signal.  If you need more help email me with all details and I'll help you get it going.
