Help!! how do i stop this?!?!?

i bought a pair of really dark washed jeans and the ink has been tuning my hands blue.i wanted to know how to stop it.something with cold water i think.

read the tag on the jeans and it should tell you how to wash them..

and yes. you wash jeans in cold water. even tho i dont do my landry my dad does it.
