Help!! how do u get m4p files onto a music player that only accepts mp3 and m4a files?? please help!!

i have the motorola rizrZ3 if u dont already know and i also have the iPod shuffle. I m trying 2 transfer the songs from my iPod to my phone mp3 player but most of the songs on my iPod are m4a files and will not transfer to my phone!! pleae help me by telling me how to get the iTunes songs to my phone!!

Download Super (google it)

Then top right choose your output (mp3)

Then go to the box at the bottom and right click

Go to the top option

Then find the song on your hard drive

Then press encode

Then go to C:\Program Files\eRightSoft\SUPER\OutPut

Then there is your file to do whatever you like with it!
