In establishing goals and suitable courses of action in an organization,the top level,middle level and lower levels of management are involved.Describe the duties and responsibilities of the various levels of management in your organization...can u help me???plz...

the top management formulates the strategy , goals, values. plans, policy tactics it is made up of directors, secondly secondly the middle level of management put plans into action i.e research, branding, customer relations, marketing , the lower levels are the line managers, they work.........please find a text-strategic management, planning and control

top levels would be more like the VP's of the place, then the directors.

In the middle level... probably more like the middle management teams, the supervisors, the managers, the ones over seeing the front line workers.

the lower levels... more like the front line workers, the hourly employees who have to clock in...

that's how it is where i work.
