Help!! i've been tryin to figure this out 4evah!?

ok so on facebook and myspace and other sites theres like a image ( produced by a website like imagechief or somethin ) that has google and the search bar sayin for example: major hottie , and then it'll say: did you mean: Joe Jonas? ,,.......how do you get to website that you can choose what words to put in those blanks?

let's say you wanted it to say your friend's name in the search box and "did you mean loser?" or something like that. just for an example.

you would spell loser a letter off, just enough so google picks up on your mistake. then erase what you have in the search box, and type in your friend's name, without actually searching it. take a print screen. and voila.
