well i have recently *** out of an eating disorder and fort i was over it but then last week i was on a summer camp and did loads of excersise (cos it was action adventure) and ate less than usual and i came home to find ive lost 6 pound, instead of being worried, i am really happy! I know deep down that i should be sensible and eat normally then ill put it back on but thats not what i want or plan to do. Let me get something straight, I am not underweight! I am over weight by about a stone or a bit less. What do I do???
