Help. i binged on a whole pizza.!?

I have been on a good food diet for the last 2 weeks and exercising everyday and i just ate a whole pizza. :S will i put on weight. ? i feel terrible. but im still hungry.

  1. Take a Regular Strength Laxative, Drink Lot's of Water and p**p. I Kinda' Sorta' Have To Do That Myself Once in Awhile, Whenever I Do the Whole 14" Pizza Pie All By Myself Thing.

  3. what kind of diet are you on? is it an actual diet or are you just starving yourself?? if your still hungry then there's something wrong. Just exercise a lot to get rid of the extra weight that you earned while binging. It's alright to binge a few times. Just eat healthy and exercise a lot after.

  6. It won't be enough to worry about.  You might have even helped your diet by jacking your calories up for a day.  Your body will go crazy wondering to do with all the extra calories and raise your metabolism.

No nothing drastic but if you keep bingin on a regular then its going to take an effect but honestly if your becoming soo hungry then maybe you should look into a different type of diet that doesn't make you feel so hungry that you need to eat a whole pizza and still want more :S but if you want to stick with this diet when you find yourself becoming hungry find healthy snacks like hummus or make dips eat fruits an veggies or make soup or if you want to eat things like pizza or treats diet for the whole weeks and keep your weekends for treats only but don't indulge the whole weekend and still work out and go back to your regular diet during the week cause remember you need to still live your life and don't torture yourself you need to enjoy food.   10. I have been in your situation. Here's what I did. I did extra exercise and made up for it by eating healthier the next few days. If you are hungry, snack on vegetables, fruit, yoghurt or something healthy. If you put on weight, is it really the end of the world. Look on it as a learning curve. Even the most successful dieters put weight on some weeks. It all comes down to how you respond. Do you learn how to deal with it and move on or do you beat yourself up and reach for the chocolate. Successful slimmers will say it is not just what you eat but what you think about yourself that matters.

  11. How the h**l are you still hungry?? nevermind sorry..just get up tomorrow and run a lot it is ok to diverge from your usual diet from time to time this is your one time. Don't be so hard on yourself. Just make up for it.  

  12. You can still eat good food without starving yourself. Obviously you must not be getting enough calories or else you would never have been tempted to try to eat a whole pizza. And if you are still hungry, go have some carrot sticks, or a banana or something nutritous to help balance it out. Even a glass of milk would be great because it would help fill you up and has protein in it to help you feel full longer.

    Don't beat yourself up about it. It was only one slip up. Just start over again right away.
