Help i can't find this key i feel like a dumb blonde

i can't find the key like this / except the other way i have been sitting here for five minutes looking and i can't find it can someon helpme!

the other way is above the enter key again on the right hand side below the backspace.

Or you can click the start button...select run .. type charmap... hit enter .... and double click on the character you want ... click copy and paste it in what ever document you want too

It depends on which type of keyboard you have.

On mine (UK Mac) it is to the left of the right hand shift key.

A couple of other folks have the answer - I just wanted to say dont feel dumb, I do silly things like that all the time.

Shoot, I had to get another user account just to ask questions that I'm too embarrassed to post as myself.

It's right under the backspace bar.. ..and above the enter key

lol sweetie, look around the Enter or Return button on the keyboard. The odds are, the \ key will have another key bound to it.

Example, ? is bound it / though the SHIFT key.

On my keyboard, the key is directly above the Enter button.

\ or if you hold shift and press it, it becomes |

If you are looking for    \,     its between the Z and the shift keys on the left hand side of your keyboard. that's where it is on mine anyway!
