Help i don't know what it means?

I've been dating a guy, that wasn't ready for a relationship. I decided to end it cause i wanted more. And 3 weeks ago i decided to take my distance. Now I finally start chatting on a friendly base with him again. He told me "I'M NOT ANGRY WITH YOU ANYMORE. I THINK I'M IN A PASSING STAGE OF BEING SINGLE"

Please help what do he mean by that

Guys can be so weird some times, how I interpret this is that he's indicating to you that its a 'passing stage' saying he will want a relationship soon.  He believes this 'singledom' stage will pass in time and he'll be ready to pair up.  Also, he could mean a million other things because males are hard to decipher at times!  Good luck.  If you want to pursue something go for it, everyone knows girls make the rules anyway!

I think he meant "Passive stage of beign single"

Passive means enduring without resistence.

Which I think he means he is content with being single.

Who knows, that sounds confusing to me! Just ask him... Or play hard to get, that's what I do!
