Help... i don't know what to do?

i've lost a lot of weight this week and i wasn't supposed to as i'm already underweight. i want to tone upby october but my ribs etc are shwoing. My doctors say i need to put on about 4kg, what should i do? put the 4kg on and then go tot he gym or keep going?

  1. You shouldn't go to the gym until your sure you can keep the weight on. So basically, after you gain the four kilograms, you should keep going and gain more weight. Just be careful to not be overweight though. Focus on gaining pounds first before loosing them! ^_^


  2. Eat double what you do now. Or just go to McDonalds to eat.

  3. Don't keep losing weight. If you lose weight, you won't have muscle to tone up! You need some weight to turn into muscle, otherwise you'll just be really scrawny looking. Eat more, exercise less. You can do toning that increases your muscles (and also increases your weight b/c muscle weighs more than fat) without losing weight. Stop doing as much aerobic activity and focus more on weight training activity while maintaining enough calories (eating enough) to not lose weight.

  4. dont go to the gym till you can keep on the weight
