Help! i don't know what to wear with this outfit!?

I bought a mini skirt at wet seall. i think its cute. but i'm going to a party. so i don't know what kind of top would be cute with it. any one have any ideas?

i would wear a top that is a bit loose since your skirt is short so you don't look trash and i would wear flats to even everything out

I agree with the other answer, a loose shirt that has a band below the b*****s, so the shirt has most of the attention and not the short skirt. sandals are a good way to even things out.
