Help i dont have alott of timee :D?

ok im about to go to a verizon store with my dad becuase i ging to talk to them about my phone.

i have juke, and its pretty broken, they told me that they will give me a new one becuase i recently got it.

can i replace it with another free phone thats availble, or do i have to get another g*y juke?
