  1. If u have an older sister u can tell her and ask her to tel ll that to ur mom.(what i myself did)

If not u can ask ur mom to come to ur room, then u can easily start with"mom, there is sth i should tell u "  or   " mummy,I've come to a problem, that is..."

and then easily u can continue ue sentance.ur mom will understand u.having period is comeletely natural.

    good luck

  2. Your mom knows that when you reach a certain age that it is going to happen. Let her know. She will be there for you. It's all about maturing and becoming an adult.

  3. Honey, I know it seems so bad right now, but it really isn't. I was so embarrassedd when I got mine the first time, but I couldn't NOT tell anyone. I started in the middle of class!! Then, when my dad got home from work, he brought me flowers to celebrate my coming into womanhood! Can you imagine? I was horrified!

Yes, cramps suck, and it's not fun to talk about having your period. But it is a part of life. I'm sure your mom won't be mad at you, she'll probably be more understanding than you give her credit for! Just tell her what's going on. She probably wants to know why you're acting so strange anyway!

  4. getting your period for the first time isn't like you did something wrong, I don't think your mum is a monster, tell her I'm sure she will be understanding like all mums are,it's a fact of life that all girls go through this, a couple of pain killers will help ease the cramps

  5. oh hunny there is nothing to be ashamed or embarassed about your mother will be very understanding and will help you out with your cramps and give you great advice. she is your mother after all and this is what mothers do. just go up to her and ask to talk to her in private then just tell her you got your period and you need some pads or tampons and maybe som epamprin for the cramps and bloating. i am more than positive she will be a bit excited because this is and initiationinto women hood in a way.

  6. Although my son, of course if a boy, he use to write me notes and hand them to me when he didn't know how to  start a conversation.  Write Mom a note asking for her advice and help, if you can't talk directly to her.

  7. donchawishyouhadatamponorapad? im sorry sorry. I had to. Just be upfront with her and tell her you are scared and want her support.
