Help! i get swollen pain full ankles i feel like streching them until they click???

okay i am overweight i get this horrible pain in my ankles they also get swollen i feel like rubbing them hard 2 death lol!! they do look fatter than b4 any soloutions i am lossing weight by the way but wjhat else can i do 2 ease the pain.

Stop eating salty foods and cut back on the soda. I'm overweight too, but I don't have that sort of problem. Maybe get outside and do something.
