  1. The reason why people get suspended from financial aid is because their GPA becomes less than 2.0. Figure out what your GPA is and how many classes you need to bring it back up. You have to pay for those classes on your own though, once your GPA goes up you'll be able to apply for financial aid again.  Find out if your job offers tuition reimbursement and maybe you can pay for those classes with their help. Suspension means that you won't be receiving any financial aid and you get probation after you raise your GPA and apply for financial aid again. You have to make sure you pass your classes though. You can still go to the same community college, my advice is make those classes up during the Fall semester, at the beginning of Spring semester apply for financial aid. Since you're going to be applying for FAFSA 2008-2009 they'll pay for the spring semester and since you are going to have funds left they'll offer to pay for your summer classes as well, take advantage of this otherwise you'll lose your funds.  Good luck!!!
