Help i have a pain in my heels?

hey guys ive got some pain in my 'achiles' heels, in the back.. it really hurts to put lots of weight on it, and im not really sure why.. if anyone had any idea what it is thats causing this, or how to get rid of it please let me know! thanks :)

  1. You could possibly have an Achilles tendonitis. This just means the Achilles tendon has been injured and the tendon damaged, causing the pain.

    You need to find out the reason for it, and why it has come on all of a sudden.  Have you been doing any extra exercise? Do you play sport? Do you wear supportive shoes? How old are you? (Middle aged ladies or men can be more prone to this condition).

    Good place to start with treatmeant is the RICE method (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) and to wear supportive shoes, such as jogggers or runners.
