1. you could have a slight urine infection, best to see doc.

  2. It sounds like a urinary tract infection. 90% of urinary tract infections are caused by the normal e.coli bacteria from the intestines. If you take a type of sugar called D-Mannose, it'll help clear up an e.coli urinary tract infection. E.coli attach to the walls of the bladder and urinary tract by attaching their tiny little "arms" to d-mannose sugars that are naturally occurring on the bladder walls. If you take d-mannose as a supplement, it absorbs into your blood stream quickly and then gets filtered out of your blood very quickly by your kidneys and goes into your bladder with the rest of the urine. E.coli loves d-mannose and will grab onto any available is comes in contact with with their tiny little arms that are usually used for holding onto the bladder wall. When you surround the e.coli bacteria in lots of free floating d-mannose, this will coat any e.coli in your bladder or urinary tract with d-mannose and they will have no more available little "arms" left for attaching to your bladder walls. Then they just get washed out the next time you go pee.

I personally have used d-mannose to treat a urinary tract infection and it worked. Plus then you don't have to take a full round of antibiotics, thereby increasing your risk of getting a yeast infection, which is also no fun.

  3. sounds like you have cystitis drink plenty of fluids and cranberry juice is good, you need to flush it through. You can buy something from the supermarket or pharmacy to relieve symptoms until you see the doctor

  4. hi there, i work for the ambulance service...does the pain only happen after peeing? this could be cystitis, do you have a pain in your lower back or tops of your legs? could be kidney infection...does your urine have a strong smell and is it dark in colour? sounds like a urinary tract infection, all can be treated...is there any blood in the urine? again could be kidney infection..

  5. You have a Urinary Tract Infection. You need to be seen by a doctor for antibiotics or it will turn into a kidney infection and you would more then likely end up in the hospital. Drinking cranberry juice and water only PREVENTS a UTI. It DOES NOT CURE one! Meaning it WILL NOT help you now. None of the over the counter junk works either. SEE A DOCTOR!

  6. dont take any notice of the person who said lol. im no expert really sorry, but perhaps you have an infection or just "women pains". Doctor is advisable though, i dont think its much to worry about though

  7. It sounds like a urinary tract infection. Does your urine smell terrible? Is there blood in your urine?

Your best bet is to see a doctor as soon as you can. In the mean time, drink *plenty* of water and if you can find cranberry juice (not cranberry cocktail sugary stuff, the real juice), drink that, too. The enzymes in cranberry juice help fight off urinary tract infections.

  8. sounds to me like you may have the beginnings of a bladder infection. drink lots of water and cranberry juice while you wait for an appointment but please see a doctor as soon

  9. sounds like you have cystitis drink plenty of fluids and cranberry juice is good, you need to flush it through. You can buy something from the supermarket or pharmacy to relieve symptons until you see the doctor

  10. could be cystitis, have you been getting a burning or a tingling sensation also?

drink plenty of water or cranberry juice and get to see a gp as soon as you can, after all you are entitled to see one within 48 hours...

  11. sounds like you have cystitis if you see a chemist he will recommend treatment, it is very common and painful, most people have had it more than once but easily treatable.

  12. cystitis or kidney infection? drink cranberry juice or ask the chemist for cystapurin

  13. It defiantly is cystitis that you have like everyone else says. I suffer with that so i do feel for you. Drink plenty of water and cranberry juice. No tea or coffee. Get the cystapurin drinks from a chemist and start taking them right away.

As soon as you feel the need to pee make sure you go, don't hold it as it will only get worse.

Hope you feel better soon as its so uncomfortable.

  14. this is an urine infection. you need to see doctor to give you tablets and it will go away. tell the GP that it is emergency and the will give you an appointment for the day!

  15. Sounds like a urinary tract infection. Try to get an appointment with the doctor and in the meantime drink lots of cranberry juice, it really helps.

  16. That happens to me before i get my period. If i were you, i wouldnt worry about it. It will feel better after some time. Hope this helped!

  17. don't worry, that happens sometimes to

alot of people. nothin to worry about hun :]

  18. lol

  19. Hey there,

This could be one of two very common things women experience at least once in their lifetime!

    1) It could be thrush. This is a fungal yeast infection, which is caused by a ph imbalance in the body.

This does cause burning aroudn the v***a (v****a hole), and can also cause burning whilst peeing.

However, i think number 2 is more likely.

    2) A urinary tract infection. This is where the tube that the pee comes down becomes infected. They are very common, and easily treatable with a course of anti biotics from the doctor. They are extremely uncomfortable, and usually cause you to feel burning pains whilst urinating as well as making you feel like you need to urinate when there is actually nothing there!

Obviously a third and final option is, if you are sexually active, a STI, in which case you'd need to get tested straight away to check.

    Hope this helps :)
