Help i have a toothache! Need a quick fix!

I work full time and cant take a day off for about 2 weeks. I have a toothache and it hurts!!! I tried every thing from alieve to motrin to asprin. And rinsed w/ salt watter and used mouthwash and ambesol. Any one know anything that can get me through going to the dentist for 2 weeks?? I will definitely go I already made my appointment!!
