Help! i just binged on cereal?

it was rice chex cereal. i had half, maybe more, left in the bag and i just had to finish them all. the nutrition is 100 calories/cup. i think i had like 7 or 8 cups. i ate it with light soymilk that's like 50 calories/8 oz. 8 oz = a cup so i probably drank 3 cups with the cereal.

im 5'. i was 96 lbs a few weeks ago. but lately i've been dieting and running in the gym. this afternoon my weight was 91 lbs withOUT shoes on. this cereal binge happened at 8 pm. will i gain any weight? i already feel my face fuller and my stomach bulging out.

if i start exercising tomorrow and going back to my diet, will i be skinnier by monday morning? i have a picture to take so i want to look my best.

  1. You seem like you care way too much about your weight.

    Your face can't be fuller that fast.

    It's all in your head.

    Just do some crunches before you go to bed.


  2. I don't know since you didn't provide your age, but it sounds to me like you are underweight for being 5'0".

  4. everyone once in a while you can alot....its okay....by the way it seems like you are really obsessing over your weight...you shouldnt worry about how much you weigh you should worry about if your healthy or not....there is no way for your face to get fuller just because you ate alot of cereal...your stomach is bulging because its full to the top....give it a few hours and your stomach will be back to normal....stop freaking out
