Help? i may be dead meat?

i used my home phone to call nebraska in the U.S. I am currently situated in australia. I connected for 10 seconds and the person picked up for 1 second then i hung up cause it was the wrong number. Now i did not use a phone card or whatever, approximately how much would it cost me for the call when the bill comes home? (in aust. dollars.

Call your phone company and tell them it was the wrong number and you hung up right away.  They might not charge you for this.  It's worth a try.  

I don't know about Australia, but one time that happened to me and they didn't charge for it.  Good luck.
