  3. Sloppy Joe's and a salad.

Buy a can of  'Manwich' at your local supermarket.

    1# of ground beef

    2 - 4 rolls

In a pan cook your ground beef seasoning it with salt and pepper first. Make sure you keep breaking up the ground beef while it is cooking

Drain grease out of pan ( Just scoop beef into a bowl, drain, then put beef back in pan).

Pour 'MANWICH'  into pan with beef and stir.

Once it starts to bubble it is ready.

Keep the salad simple...cucumbers and tomatoes with onions; or wharever you like. Also put the dressing on the table and  your set.

    Cooking Instructions

Before you start cooking, arrange all your ingredients in bowls or on plates so that they're ready to use. Once you begin cooking, it will all go very quickly; you won't have time to chop or cut anything.

In a very large skillet or wok, heat 1 tbsp. (15 mL) of the vegetable oil over high heat. Add your meat choice and stir-fry for 3 or 4 minutes until just cooked through. The amount of time will depend a little on what you're cooking. Remove to a bowl (but don't use the bowl in which you had the raw meat unless you've washed it first).

Add remaining 1 tbsp. (15 mL) oil to the pan. Throw in onion, garlic and ginger and cook, stirring, for about 1 minute. Now begin to add the vegetable possibilities to the pan, beginning with the ones that take the longest to cook (carrots, broccoli stems, etc.) and ending with the ones that cook most quickly (bean sprouts, snow peas). Cook, stirring and tossing for about 2 minutes, then pour in the broth, cover the pan with a lid and let everything steam for 2 or 3 minutes.

In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce and cornstarch.

When the vegetables are tender but still quite crisp, return the meat (or whatever) to the pan, stir and add the soy sauce mixture. Continue to stir-fry for 1 or 2 minutes or until the sauce is thickened and glossy. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle the top with the extra bonus ingredient, if you're using one.

Serve immediately with hot cooked rice or noodles.

  6. cook speghetti. heat the sauce in a pan until it is hot. cook the noodles in boiling water for ten minutes. then eat.

  7. what do you have to work with?

  8. Very easy question...make hamburgers. Take some ground meat (hamburger), smoosh it into patties, throw it in a frying pan. Flip it every once and a while to get both sides and cook over medium heat until the juices run clear (check by pushing down on it with a spatula). Put them between a bun and serve with french fries (follow directions on package) or even potato chips. If you like lettuce, tomatoes, etc with your hamburger, add those too. For a vegetable you can heat up a can of corn or make a salad.

  9. Here's an easy one.

    Home Made Hamburger Helper.

    2 boxes mac & cheese

2 small cans of cream of mushroom soup

    2 lbs of hamburger.

Brown hamburger meat and drain grease. Add cream of mushroom soup in pan with meat and let cook, stirring often. Cook mac & cheese like directions say on box in seperate pot.  When done with mac & cheese  add hamburger mixture to it. Mix well and serve.  My kids love it!!!

  10. HAMBURGER CHEESE CASSEROLE

    2 lbs. hamburger

    1 tsp. garlic salt

    2 tsp. salt

    2 tsp. sugar

    Pepper to taste

4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream

5 green onion tops, sliced thin

1 (12 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles

    2 c. grated cheese

Brown and drain hamburger. Add garlic salt, salt, sugar, and pepper. Cook until well blended; add tomato sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.

Soften cream cheese and mix with sour cream and sliced onion. Cook noodles as directed. In large pan layer noodles, meat sauce, sour cream, and cheese until all it used. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

  11. This is what I make when I want good home cooked food but I'm too lazy to make anything difficult.

This is so easy that you basically just throw everything in a baking dish, mix it a little bit, and throw it in the oven and when the oven beeps it's done.  Simple.  And yummy.  :o)

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of chicken soup, or cheddar soup, or cream of broccoli (anything goes)

    1 can of chicken broth

3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice

2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (or just broccoli or whatever you like)

4 skinless, boneless chicken b*****s halves

    1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

    Directions:

Stir the soup, broth, rice, vegetables and any seasoning in an 11 x 8-inch (2-quart) shallow baking dish.

Top with the chicken. Season the chicken as desired. Cover.

Bake at 375°F. for 50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender. Top with cheese. Let casserole stand for 10 minutes. Stir rice before serving.

  12. Here's a few ideas for you:

I make a dinner where I take pizza dough, spread it out on the pan, put on bologna, or salami, or both, (or any other type of pre-packaged lunch meat you have and/or like) with some cheese, roll it up, put butter and garlic salt on the top, and bake it in a 375 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top, and not doughy inside anymore. Slice it up, and it feeds several people.  Serve with fries and a veggie.

You can also make shephard's pie with 1/2 pound ground turkey meat or hamburger meat, cooked, mixed with 1-2 cans of creamed corn. Put that in the bottom of a baking pan and spread mashed potatoes on top. I usually put american cheese on top, but you don't have to. Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 10-15 minutes. Make gravy for people to put on top, if they want it.

I also make what I call "little pizza's". I take the buttermilk bisquits that come in the blue can in the refridgerated section. I cook up 1/2 pound of turkey meat/hamburger meat (but you can do it without the meat) and mix it with tomatoe sauce that I make myself. Put a little bit of the meat/sauce mixture, or the sauce, on each one with a little bit of velveeta, mozzarella, or american cheese on top. Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 6-8 minutes (keep an eye on it so they don't burn.) Each can makes 10 little pizzas.  Serve with potatoes and a veggie. Yum!

    Good luck!!
