Help! i need help please?

i have these white spots on my p***s which is freaking me out! i have them for 2-3 years now i thought they would go away but they just wont and now im starting to think they're increasing. please help

You weren't specific about where the spots were but you probaly have one of these two conditions:

I really think you have Fordyce spots.  This condition is completely normal and a lot of us have it.  It doesn't hurt you or cause you problems in any way.  Check out this link and I think it'll make you more comfortable with this.

Another possibility is pearly penile papules.  This is also common and normal and won’t cause you any problems.  Here’s a link that should help:

First i would ask if your a virgin because if you had s*x you may have a sexually transmitted disease. Or they might be nothing just there. If  there small, painless, raised, pale or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter  and on the shaft there harmless. Best thing would to look at them again or consult a physician. So i volunteer at a mans clinic so  i know what they look like.
