  3. OREO COOKIE BALLS

1 package regular size Oreo cookies, crushed

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

    1 package white almond bark

    1 package chocolate almond bark

    Directions

1Using a blender or hand held mixer, mix Oreos and cream cheese together.

    2Roll into walnut size balls.

    3Chill for an hour.

4Melt approximately 3/4 package of white almond bark.

5Stick a toothpick in an Oreo ball and dip it in the melted white almond bark.

6Allow to harden on wax paper.

    7Takes about 15 min.

8While waiting, melt about 1/4 package of chocolate almond bark.

9When Oreo balls are no longer sticky to the touch, decorate with drizzles of chocolate and white almond bark.

10I just use a sandwich bag with a tiny hole cut in one corner to drizzle the almond bark.

  5. There's a brownie mix out that has peanut butter flavor in it...you swirl it around....or make a brownie mix regular and whip up a peanut butter icing.....or easier yet...buy some peanut butter cup ice cream...a couple of brands have this and they are delicious....or make brownies and get some peanut butter ripple ice cream and have a brownie ala mode.

  6. These are super easy and fast.....

    CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BARS

1 12-oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips

    1 c. chunky peanut butter

    5-6 c. miniature marshmellows

Melt together chips & peanut butter until well blended.  Fold in marshmellows.  Pour into greased square pan and chill.  Cut into bite sized pieces

  7. This is pretty quick, and very delicious...

    ***Peanut-Butter Chocolate Parfaits***

    FOR THE CHOCOLATE CREAM

    1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

    3/4 cups heavy cream

    FOR THE PEANUT BUTTER CREAM

    3/4 cups heavy cream

    2 tablespoons sugar

    1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

    FOR THE TOPPING

1/4 cup roughly chopped salted peanuts

    Directions

Make the Chocolate Cream: Place chocolate chips in a metal bowl. Heat cream in a small saucepan until it bubbles around edges. Pour cream over chips, let stand 5 minutes; stir until smooth. Refrigerate until chilled, about 10 minutes. Using an electric mixer or a whisk, whip the chocolate until smooth and fluffy.

Make the Peanut-Butter Cream: In a medium bowl, whip cream to stiff peaks. Whisk in sugar. In a medium bowl, fold whipped cream into peanut butter.

To assemble: Divide peanut-butter cream equally among four juice glasses; top each with chocolate cream and peanuts. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill until ready to serve.

You could also layer the creams in a 9" graham cracker pie shell, rather than a glass.
