MY DAD BLOCKED EVERTYTHIG AND MYSPACE IS BLOCKED SO I NEED A PROXIE OR SOMETHING THAT WORKS GOOD THAT LETS ME UPLOAD PITCURES TO PHOTOBUCKET OR TINYPIC???? HELP

You need to use a proxy.
