Help i need to lose weight really really fast?

hey guys im 16 and i am clinically overweight. Thi=e thing is i want to be an actress so i would like to lose weight as fast as i can. The only thing is i dont have alot of time to do loads of exercise cuz am a busy girl especially with my Alevels,. please help and dont leave any mean stupid or hurtful comments thanks. :D

  1. Well if you are too busy to exercise you will have to stay bulky. The only way to lose weight is to burn off the calories that are making you bulky.


  2. You're not going to lose weight without work, A levels or not.

    And there's no quick and easy way. If there was, everybody would know about it and use it, and the inventor would be rich.

    Avoid fad diets, crash diets, diet pills, internet bargains and the like. They won't help you, and could very well hurt you.

    Weight loss is achieved when you burn more calories than you consume... so if you eat less and sit around, you won't lose weight.

    You need a combination of healthy diet and reasonable exercise to stay in shape.

    And there's no such thing as "permanently" You can always gain weight back by tilting the equation the other way. If you want to keep weight off, you need to keep eating healthy and exercising.

    High protein, low fat, minimal good carbs, and sugar-free liquids to keep you from getting dehydrated.

    There are plenty of good nutrition sites on the web that can help you.

I would suggest trying "Slimming World".  It's a slimming club but really works.  The people are really friendly and I'm sure you will be able to find a class close to where you stay.  I have been following the plan for 3 weeks now and have lost 13 and a half pounds already.  Honestly it's so easy.  Good Luck!  :-)

  4. I guess if you absolutely NEED to loose weight NOW and you do it quickly, most likely you will gain it back without the proper eating habits and excersize rountine. If you will do anything to loose weight really quickly, email me. It wont be very healthy but it made me loose 3 pounds in 3 days. Actually 6 pounds, but I gained three back when I ate the next day. If you do decide to email me and try this, you will most certainly have to change your diet otherwise you will 100% gain in back.

    ( I would have done anything if someone would have known how to loose all that weight in such a short time - as unhealthy as it is. It is very difficult to stick to. )

  6. IN ONE MONTH MY HUSBAND HAS LOST 25LBS AND I HAVE LOST 19LBS. THE KEY IS CUT OUT PROCESSED FOODS. WE EAT ONLY MEAT, GREEN VEG. AND CHEESE.   EAT ALL YOU WANT BUT ONLY THESE FOODS. IF I FRY MEAT AND I WANT A COATING I USE SOY FLOUR. YOU WILL FIND YOURSELF NOT HUNGRY AND WHEN YOU DO EAT YOU WILL GET FULL REAL FAST. AT NIGHT WHEN WE WANT A SNACK WE EAT SUGAR FREE JELLO WITH WHIP CREAM ARE EVEN SUGAR FREE CANDY. IT HAS WORKED  REAL WELL FOR US. AFTER EATING  LIKE THIS FOR 1 MONTH YOU CAN ALSO ADD STRAWBERRIES  OR ANY FRUIT THAT ENDS IN BERRIES. WHEN YOU GET TO YOUR DESIRED WEIGHT YOU CAN ADD OTHER FOODS BUT WATCH THE SCALE AND IF YOU START TO GAIN JUST CUT BACK AGAIN. IT HAS BEEN THE BEST DIET I HAVE EVER BEEN ON. MY FRIEND LOST 65LBS IN 4 MONTHS AND HAS KEPT IT OFF FOR 4 YEARS.
