  1. Probably some small fees, it depends what bank you're with. Can you call in to their help line and ask? You should deposit that back in ASAP.

  2. If you don't have a overdraft allowance, then yes you will have to pay on top of the 40, it depends on what bank you are with, as to how much you will have to pay.

  3. probably about $11

always keep a running total of your account and i always deduct about $20 from real balance as a buffer because ATM charges and garbage like that

  4. depends on which bank. if you have bank of america prob. not. if you have interest than you're screwed because they take out $30 a DAY for negative accounts. it's redick

  5. Your account will be assessed fees ranging from $40 to $60 dollars.  Depending on your bank, you might be assessed fees per item that overdraws your account.  If you have a nice bank (they do exist) they will put your transactions through in order from smallest to greatest.  If your bank is one of the mega banks they will put your transactions through in the order that they receive them that day.  So if you have $100 dollars in your account and checks come in that day for $175 $50 $25 and $25, you might be assessed fees (at the going rate of $40) of $160 or just $40.

I know this from personal experience.

Speak with your bank and talk to them about removing some of the fees.  They will do this for you on occasion if you don't ask them to do it too often.
