  1. Try Maya Abdominal Massage for you and him. When used on both people chances of trying to conceive are greatly increased.  ArvigoMassage.com

  2. I WOULD get a second opinion, but if he truly not producing sperm, testosterone supplements won't help.  Depending on the problem there MAY be some treatments available -- but I wouldn't get my hopes up too high.

Donor sperm is an entirely reasonable option if your husband isn't fertile.  The baby WILL be 'your own' because you (plural)  will chose to have it and you (plural) will raise it and love it.

  3. I agree with the other people. get a second opinion. Has he tried all of the home remedies for increasing sperm count? Also i have read about infertility doctors who have found sperm in the scrotal tissue of men who had very low to no sperm in their s***n. This does require surgery on his part and I'm guessing that the recovery wont be the most pleasant, but if you really want a child you two will do anything I'm sure to conceive. Good Luck and dont take no for an answer this early.

  4. I would absolutely recommend getting a second opinion from another doctor.  However, if your husband is not producing sperm, it is possible that there is nothing that can be done to get him to produce it.  In that case, you would be looking at donor sperm if you wanted to get pregnant.  There are a lot of people that need to do this, if you'd like to do more reading, here's some places to start.  (Again, I would ask for a second opinion first off, just to be sure your doctor hasn't missed anything).
