Help? i think I'm seeing flashing lights....?

Ok so it feels like only 1/2 of my eye is blurry. Its my right eye & its been going on for a few weeks. I see circles & lines of either black or blue mostly when I'm on the computer. But like only if I think about it.... Am i seeing them when I'm not thinking about it, because if it think about not thinking about it I'm right back to thinking about it ( Boy thats confusing!!! ) So I don't know what to do.... Do you think somethings wrong with my eyes? ( Tell me if you need more info )

*I went to the eye doctor in April

*I wear -7.00 presription.

Hii I think the best thing to do is call your doctor or eye doctor and describe what has happened. It could be an eye strain if you just stare at the computer or television all day or even a bad headache. This could have been caused my staring at the sun because my friend stared at the sun for a while and she was seeing flashing lights.

This could be many things.  See your eye doctor (or at least call).  It sounds like simple eye strain.  Are you resting your eyes every 30 minutes or so when using the computer?  Are you the correct distance from the screen?  How many hours a day are you looking at a computer screen?  Do you have accompanying headaches?

I think you are having a typical migraines, I get them, they r not painful like migraines, but r very annoying with the flashy brightness in your eye.  I have been getting them for years, my eye doctor said there is nothing wrong, just maybe my eyes r tired.
