Help i think i have a tooth abscess

Question

I woke up yesterday with tooth pain and a bump on my gums next to the tooth. The bump popped and green pus came out. I have been trying for 2 days to get into a dentist. No one would see me. Now it's 10p.m. on a friday evening and in severe pain. My question is should I tough it out until mon. or go to ER. Also, my neck hurts and feel weak all over.

Cant you go to a walk in clinic tomorrow? They are everywhere, look in the phone book they can be called urgent care too.

I mean if it is really bad you need to see someone tonight for some antibiotics for sure, you may need to go to the ER.. It sounds like a bad infection with the pus and all.. and its starting to settle in your lymph nodes. I'm not a Doctor but that doesn't sound good, please see someone soon, doctor for the meds and get to the dentist asap.. GOOD LUCK!!
