Help i think i might have a cavity or stain!?!?

ok well on of my molars has a small dark grey line only o ne im scared its a cavity aha well if i use my tongue and touch that teach it feels like a crak kinda so

whats the difference between a stain and a cavity

(its a thin small black line)
