i think im being stalked. i keep getting text messages from someone with the first 3 numbers 140 in his/her phone number. what area is those numbers from

In such case the 1 in 140 is a marker that tells that it's a long distance call and then the number after 0 in 140 is important to be able to tell where it's from.
