omg it hurts so much, its bleeding badly, i have a towel against it to stop the bleeding. i tried to circumsize myself with scissors but i just couldnt finish it it hurt so badly. wat do i do?? I cant tell my parents. help!

Somehow I don't believe you, and if you ARE telling the truth, you're a freakin moron.

But right now, call the emergency room, perhaps get an ambulance; otherwise you're going to have to tell your parents so they can take you to the hospital... better than getting a horrible infection, perhaps going gangrenous and falling off? Or left with bad disfiguration.

Keep constant pressure. If it is deep you will need stitches and will have to tell your parents. If its not that bad put some anti biotic ointment on it. Over time it will heal. BUT SERIOUSLY IF IT IS DEEP TELL YOUR PARENTS.
