Help. i want to lose weight!?

okay i hate sports. i have a tredmill but i never go on it. and i rather spend my money on clothes then a gym. but i do go to my school gym once a week , only because i have to. once i put my mind to somthing like this i always end up forgetting about it. help me to lose weight fast! please!
