  1. tramp

  2. There are some states where at 16 what you were doing would be legal for both parties, but it would be him that would get in trouble with the law regardless.

Haven't you ever seen those Dateline specials 'To catch a predator"? They very much do arrest people who are explicitly meeting with underage teens for s*x. As for you, you would just probably get in trouble with your parents.

  3. No, but he can get arrested.  You could also be going to meet a cop, who will then bring you home and talk to your parents about supervising your internet activities.  Or you could wind up meeting a serial killer.

Do you want a baby?  Do you really believe this guy will stick around if you wind up pregnant?  To him you are just some ho.  He's probably a she anyway.

Edit: Now he can track down your ISP, and show up at your doorstep and blow everyone away if you cancel out, so you may want to inform your parents so they can take the proper steps to protect everyone.

  4. I love how people just insert their opinions here!!!

I will answer the questions and leave the judgements for the judgemental people.

Nope, you won't get arrested. He might, if caught, but you wouldn't.

  5. I don't believe you can but he certainly can.  Laws vary from country to country and state to state but I have yet to hear of a Western country that allows an adult to have s*x with 15 year olds.

Despite all the stuff said to the contrary, s*x does NOT have to be part of a boy/girl relationship unless or until you both decide this relationship is expected to last as long as possible.

Even if you did decide you wanted s*x in a relationship, s*x is not the relationship itself, only part of a healthy relationship.  A strong friendship with trust is extremely important and far more important than s*x.  Relationships can survive loss of s*x without much trouble if the friendship and trust is there.  They don't survive loss of friendship or trust well.  Yes, I do know what I'm talking about there; over a long period of time, my partner and I have had some major long-lasting rows, at times there's been no s*x for ages, but we have kept a core of friendship that has kept the relationship functional.  With my last partner, there was s*x but no friendship - I'm not EVER making that mistake again.

I'd guess if you want to meet this guy for s*x, your relationship with your parents may not be any good (and I know it may not be all or any of your fault so don't tune out on me here) and so you don't expect support from them but take a step back... what 23 year old guy wants to meet with a 15 year old unless he is immature himself, selfish, exploiting you or possibly abusive or worse??  I mean, possibly you're mature for your age and guys really like you but 23 year guys should be mature enough to know that people your age need friends more than s*x.

For goodness sake, whether you end up deciding to go or not, don't go unless you go with a bunch of friends and insist on getting enough info about him to be able to say to a friend, "I'm going to _____'s tonight," and they know straight away everything they need to know in case he turns out to be nasty.  If he turned out to be nasty, you have a stronger chance of getting out of it in one piece if he knows that his address/name is known to your friends as well as that you have gone to meet him.

And heck, what about diseases??  You do know that NOTHING except not touching someone's genitals AT ALL will protect you from ALL sexual diseases?  Can't remember which disease it is but one of them only needs someone to touch the infected person's genital area and they've probably got it too.  And I think it's one of the nasty ones that's treatable easily but you won't know you've got it.  One of them leads to possibly dying of cervical cancer in your 40s or so.

So take it from a "big sis" - think really REALLY carefully before you make a decision and if you DO decide to meet with him, make sure someone trustworthy knows all the details!!!  (But Big Sis says, please don't meet him!!)

  6. No.

If anything you would be seen as the victim in this situation.

But I hope you know what you did was wrong.

He can get arrested for endangering the welfare of a child, and for rape if you did have s*x with him.

But now he can get in for 'attempted rape of a minor'

This guy belongs behind bars if you ask me

  7. YES duhh. dont do it! ur under 18! u shouldnt be DOING at 15! wait until ur older.

  8. I doubt you will be arrested..... either for "planning to meet him".....or actually meeting him.

BUT that does not mean you wont be "punished".... as what you plan is "illegal" for the 23 year old and he could suffer legally.... he might think leaving your raped dead body along some lonely road a better option.... but lets assume he is a NICE statutory rapist..... he just has trouble relating to women and prefers inexperienced young children as a partner.....you will probably get "bad" s*x ( not that you would know that....) you might also get any number of STDs.....many of whom will cripple or kill you.... after all he obviously has no standards when it comes to sexual partners..... and that condom you plan on making him use......it is ONLY safe 98% of the time..... "think about it"......would you put a gun to your head and pull the trigger if you knew there were 98 empty chambers and two with bullets in them......you could get "shot" the first time out..... what a short s*x life...

Then of course you might not get an STD.....just pregnant.... and alter your entire life..... if you think it is "easy" to be a single mother.....borrow a baby for a week..... see how much "fun" that is.....see how it stops your fun..... How many guys want "used goods" and to be the father of someone elses child..... If you think your computer date will step up and do the right thing you are stupid

Then think about what your friends and parents will think about you when they find out you have been a s**t....

You are right about one thing......You need "help"

  9. You can't get arrested, but you might get embalmed prior to your funeral.

Your 23-year-old may very well be 63.  And he may not be alone when you meet him.  Many young girls have been kidnapped and raped, and some have been killed, by getting involved in internet affairs.

Think about it.  Why would a normal 23 year old man need to solicit anonymous s*x on the internet?  Is he that unattractive that he can't meet someone face to face?

One thing's for sure.  Your "guy" is not normal.  At best he's a weirdo.  If you went through with this meeting, you would be lucky to come away with HIV/AIDS or another STD.  Is that the best YOU can do?  If you are really 15, you need a dose of instant maturity.

  10. Probably, depending on your state's laws.  Most states have laws prohibiting minors from engaging in conduct involving moral turpitude.  But, being arrested should be the least of your concerns.  23 year-olds that hang around online to meet much younger girls for s*x are never the kind of guys you want to be with.  Jeez, don't you watch Dateline?!?

  11. 15????????????????????????????

you shouldn't be doing it now even if A 23 YEAR OLD THAT'S WEIRD

AND YES, YES not you but he CAN THAT'S..........YOU HAVE TO BE AT LEAST 18 OR SOME THING!!!!!!!!!

  12. No, but he can, and hopefullly will.  Where the h**l are your parents?

  13. I am under NO legal obligation to report this! Ha! ha!

No, but he can be arrested.  Bring protection, be safe and have fun.

  14. Good Lord! Don't you watch tv? This is why bad things happen to young people, Please don't go! You have no idea what can happen! Please I'm asking you as a mother do not go!

  15. NO BUT YOU COULD GET KILLED. GANG RAPED, PREGNANT, AIDS, OR SOME OTHER DISEASE. DON'T BE STUPID REPORT HIM TO THE COPS. IT'S ILLEGAL!
